How EnviroKleen Command Uses AI

Where AI is used

• Morning digest: an optional short paragraph summarizing last night's reports for owners and operations, labeled "AI summary".
• Announcement translation: a draft English↔Spanish translation the author reviews before sending, labeled "AI translation — review before sending".
• Bid research: an agent that gathers public bid and business information, labeled "Researched by AI agent — verify before bidding".

What AI never does here

• No AI screening, scoring or ranking of job applicants.
• No AI decisions about scheduling, discipline, pay or employment.
• No medical or injury details are ever sent to an AI service.
• No open-ended chat assistant.

Vendor and data handling

AI features use Anthropic's Claude through its commercial API. Under those terms, inputs and outputs are not used to train models. We send only the minimum structured data needed for the task, and AI features turn off entirely when no API key is configured. Usage is limited to 50 AI requests per day per organization.

Check the output

AI output can be wrong. A person reviews AI translations before they are sent, and AI summaries never replace the underlying reports.
