Terms of Use — EnviroKleen Command and Client Portal

Who these terms cover

EnviroKleen Command is operated by EnviroKleen L.L.C. for its employees and for the clients it serves. Staff use Command as part of their job. Client portal users use it to view service information for their own organization.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in private. Don't share accounts or codes.
• Use Command only for EnviroKleen work or, for clients, your organization's service with EnviroKleen.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else used your account.

Acceptable use

• Enter accurate information. Time records and reports are business records.
• Upload only photos and files related to the work. Don't upload photos of people's faces, IDs or medical documents unless a form asks for them.
• Don't try to access data you weren't given, test security without written permission, or copy data out of Command except through its export features.
• Be respectful in messages, announcements and notes.

Client portal

Portal users see their own organization's sites, shared inspections, requests and work orders. Approving a work order by typing your name means your organization approves the described work and the stated price; we record the name you type, the time and the text you agreed to.

Inspection results are a record of conditions at the time of inspection. They are not a warranty.

AI features

Some features use AI to summarize or translate. They are labeled. See the AI disclosure for details.
